After transformative changes that improved my physical and mental health—earning compliments that I look ten years younger—the true reward is my ability to live in the moment and feel deep gratitude as I have truly changed.
Looking back now from a distance, there are moments where I can see myself, that the new me knows what went wrong and now it’s time to change. This new me sees clearly that back then or today, I have always had the complete freedom to choose who I want to be, and that’s what I am going to be next.
So who do I want to be? Well, I’d like to help women and life transitioners like myself, to embrace your authentic selves, to build meaningful connections, and to welcome true lasting change.
So, Who am I
I am an artist who writes poems, caligraphy and do paintings just like my father 's family’s generations of artists and poets.
Through tailored workshops for private groups, I offer guided calligraphy and zen sessions to support personal growth, self-expression, and holistic wellness.
